For FIRST® LEGO® League:
It is a global educational program that introduces children and youth ages 4 to 16 to the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through fun and hands-on learning. Participants gain hands-on experience solving real-world problems through a guided robotics program that helps students and their teachers build a better future together.
The program has three age divisions: Discover (4-6 years), Explore (6-10 years) and Challenge (10-16 years), which provide opportunities for individual development tailored to the needs of each age group. Among the key goals of the format are building and refining STEM skills, stimulating innate curiosity, effectively applying knowledge to real life, and building teamwork principles.
